Based in Watford, Hertfordshire, The Home Restaurant operates in London and the South-East . Founded by Emma Norledge, a trained chef and seasoned party-organiser, The Home Restaurant aims to bring you the highest quality food and friendliest service wherever your party is.
The Home Restaurant can cater for dinner parties, buffets, canapé parties, children's parties and corporate events. When you contact us, we will discuss your party needs, including menus and waiting staff, and provide you with a written quote. Ideally we would like to come and see the venue before the party so we can assess the kitchen facilities and make sure our chefs can deliver the level of service you deserve. If you have any special dietary requirements, please do let us know and we will create a menu to suit you and your needs.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Quotations
Quotations are valid for 30 days after the quotation date indicated.
Deposits
A deposit of 50% of the total cost of the event is to be paid upon booking. The booking is not confirmed until receipt of the deposit. If you do not send your deposit promptly, the date may be given to another party.
Balance payments
All balance payments are to be made on the day of the event. These payments are acceptable as cash or cheque.
Late payment
We understand and will exercise our statutory right to claim interest and compensation for debt recovery costs under the late payment legislation if we are not paid according to agreed credit terms.
Cancellations
If cancellation is made one month prior to the event date indicated above, 50% of the deposit will be returned. Caterer retains the right to keep 100% of the deposit if cancellation is made one week or closer to the date of the event.
Food service
The caterer will not serve any food other than that provided by the caterer for the event, except for birthday, wedding or anniversary cakes made specifically for the event. The caterer is not liable for any illness caused by leftover food the client has requested to keep and has served at a later time.
